A little birthday card or two! The stamps are from the May 2010 KOM ( a little happy) and the April 2013 ( celebrate the good times). Love the cut out for the butterfly that I cased this idea from Audrey Pettit for Sizzix Inspiration. This is an easy card!

This is a flip-card for a friend's birthday. She rides horses so I thought this patterned paper (Sasparilla by October Afternoon) would be perfect. The sentiment is from "Listen From the Heart" a Phyllis Harris set.
I am sorry that I did not look at these photos before I sent the card. Such weird angles and the lighting is off. UGH!
Thanks for looking!!!

This is a flip card (the die is designed by Stephanie Barnard for Sizziz) for my husband's (the golfer) birthday. I used the "Fore" stamp set (thanks Angie Blom) and the "Damn... your're old" set designed by Joslyn Nielsen.
Thanks for looking!

I made a sympathy card for a cousin. I have been intrigued by the monochromatic cards that I have seen lately. So with that inspiration this is the design I made. I like to keep sympathy cards fairly simple. I love this trellis die by Lifestyle Crafts and the butterflies from Sizzix. I am not sure the name of the stamp on the front of the card but the inside sentiment is one of my favorites for the "With Sympathy" set.

I can't stop making Valentines! How much fun! This is a Pop N Cuts card with a flying heart with wings that pops up when you open the card.
I will be volunteering in my granddaughter's class for Valentine's Day. Nothing like a little 2nd grade Valentine fun!!! And I get to make 23 more Valentine's!!! I hope you are having fun making cards too!!!!

So here is a crazy story. My sister wanted to paint the number 12 (Seahawks fans are considered the 12th man on the field) for the Super Bowl this weekend. She found a website about "How to Decorate Your Horse" (really!). But she could not find any large stencils. So I made her 18" stencils on my Silhouette.
I am sure I will be nominated for some kind of award for this excellent video!!!
Here are the photos of the retired race horse as a 12!
The next day and after a lot of rain, my sister stopped her horse from rolling in the mud and messing up his numbers. So he did an interpretative dance instead with a pirouette, a leap and then a kick which hit my sister and crushed her elbow! The surgery was extensive.
Here is the card that I made for her!
I put a little cast on the girl's arm and signed it!!
So the advice of the day is don't stop your horse from rolling in the mud!!!!
